1. Acceptance

We function as a technological routing intermediary, not as a financial institution, bank or wallet provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By interacting with the exchange widget, you confirm you meet this requirement. We do not apply geographic IP restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using a no-registration cryptocurrency exchange is lawful in your jurisdiction before proceeding.

4. No Financial or Legal Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, tax or legal advice. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Asset values can move significantly within the timeframe of a single transaction. You bear full responsibility for your financial decisions, including exposure to market movements, network slippage and blockchain-level failures beyond our control.

5. Your Responsibilities as a User

Correct destination address: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. An incorrect receiving address means permanent loss of funds. We have no technical ability to reverse a confirmed on-chain transaction under any circumstances.
Legitimate origin of funds: You confirm that every asset you exchange through this platform is legally obtained and not connected to any criminal activity.
Tax obligations: Swapping crypto without KYC does not exempt you from tax reporting requirements or capital gains obligations in your jurisdiction. Tax compliance is entirely your responsibility.
Minimum and maximum amounts: Send amounts within the minimum ($100 USD equivalent) and maximum ($282,100 USD equivalent) limits shown at order creation. Deposits below the minimum may not trigger the automated swap.
Correct network: Always send the correct asset on the correct blockchain network. Sending on the wrong network layer requires manual intervention and recovery cannot be guaranteed.

6. Blockchain Finality

Confirmed blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Swap Monero No KYC accepts no liability for funds lost due to incorrect destination addresses entered by the user, assets sent on the wrong network, or the wrong asset sent to a deposit address. Technical support for failed swaps is provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantee of recovery.

7. Exchange Rates and the 30-Minute Lock

The rate displayed at order creation is sourced from live market data at that moment and locked for 30 minutes. If your deposit confirms within this window, you receive the locked rate. If the window expires before confirmation, the swap executes at the market rate current at time of confirmation. Minor differences in net received amounts may occur due to outgoing destination network fees. Our service margin is embedded in the displayed rate — there is no separate fee line.

8. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are prohibited on this platform:

Laundering proceeds from criminal enterprises, fraud, theft or any illegal activity.
Financing terrorism, political violence or any sanctioned individual or group.
Deliberately circumventing international economic sanctions.
Processing proceeds from ransomware, darknet markets or human trafficking.
Attacking the platform through DDoS, malicious bots, unauthorized scraping or any other means intended to degrade service performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Swap Monero No KYC and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of this service. This includes losses from blockchain network failures, user address errors, market rate changes, platform downtime or third-party API failures. Our maximum aggregate liability for any verified claim is limited to routing fees collected from your transactions in the 30 days before the dispute.

10. Service Availability

We work to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the swap engine at any time for security reasons, maintenance or extreme market conditions.

11. Intellectual Property

The code, design, branding, content and routing methodology of Swap Monero No KYC are the exclusive property of the platform. Cloning, scraping or redistributing any element of the interface or exchange infrastructure without explicit written authorization is prohibited.

12. Modifications to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be revised at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication. Continuing to use the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with a revision, stop using the service.
